Going through the IVF process can be exhausting, so it is important to for you to make the time to relax and do things that make you happy. Remember you don’t have to say YES to everything that you are invited to. You can say NO and take time for yourself. Pamper and love yourself.

Make sure that you give yourself the necessary time to get things done – whatever that may be. You need to eliminate any excess activities that may have. Even if you delegate a lot of things to other people, you will still have to do some pending tasks. If money permits allow others to do those things whether that’s cleaning your house, do laundry etc. then do it. It is important that you surround yourself with loving and supportive people about your IVF treatment. You can turn to them and share with them what is going on with your treatment. We say that you select carefully about this because the last thing you need is unwanted drama and stress from an unsupportive friend or family member.
7. Wear Comfy Loose Clothes
You will get bloated during your IVF treatments, so the last thing you want is to be in tight clothing that makes you feel uncomfortable. So wear comfy tops and bottoms. This can be anything from tunics, dresses, sweatpants or yoga pants. Anything that is made of stretchy material will work perfectly.
8. Reduce Caffeine Consumption
Start reducing your caffeine consumption ahead of time. This will help with your caffeine withdrawal symptoms while being part of the IVF process and feeling those symptoms.
