You will get bloated during your IVF treatments, so the last thing you want is to be in tight clothing that makes you feel uncomfortable. So wear comfy tops and bottoms. This can be anything from tunics, dresses, sweatpants or yoga pants. Anything that is made of stretchy material will work perfectly.
8. Reduce Caffeine Consumption
Start reducing your caffeine consumption ahead of time. This will help with your caffeine withdrawal symptoms while being part of the IVF process and feeling those symptoms.
