What is the Process of Buying Fertility Drugs Online through ?

What documents do I need?

You will need a valid prescription from your doctor or your IVF clinic in order to comply with all US and Federal State Regulations. What forms of payment do you accept?

Once we’ve received your signed prescription,we will issue an invoice, a questionnaire, payment instructions and email it to you. Complete the questionnaire and follow the payment instructions. Once the payment is confirmed, a tracking code is emailed to you.

How are my infertility medications shipped?

Once we have received your payment, we will create a unique tracking number for your order on the next business day. Your IVF drugs will be shipped via Priority International. Use the tracking number to monitor your order’s progress at Your IVF medications will arrive at your residence in no more than 7 – business days or earlier.

After I place my order, how fast will I get my fertility medications sent to me?

Can you provide me with a quote, first?

Absolutely! Once we’ve received your prescription, your order is assigned a specialized case worker who will confer with our staff pharmacist to make certain the medication you are requesting is the proper infertility med. Next, we will email you a quote (or you can call us, too!) and we’ll send you an invoice (quote) for the total cost of the medications within 90 minutes or less.

Can I order a different quantity of IVF drugs than are listed on my prescription?

If you wish to order less you can certainly do so, but you will have one of our pharmacists call to check to verify the amount to make sure there have been no mistakes made. You can order up to 3 months’ supply as long as your prescription allows for it. In some instances with certain fertility drugs, such as Menopur for example, you can order more vials if your prescription calls for an amount not congruent with our packaging. For example, Menopur comes in a box of 10 vials, so if your prescription calls for 23 vials, you’d be able to order three boxes for a total of 30 vials.

How can I get my prescription to you?

What brands of infertility medications do you offer?

We offer only name brand IVF meds, from such manufacturers as Bayer, Pfizer, Merck, MSD, Ferring, and TEVA.* All brands are respectively the owners of the brands and their trademarks*

Can I adjust the amount of online fertility drugs that I order?

In some instances, you certainly can. For example, if you already have some of the medications, you can order less than the amount. Our pharmacist or personal care representative may call to confirm with you if the amount requested is less than the average order. Prescriptions that allow for three months’ worth can certainly be filled.

Can I purchase generic IVF drugs online through your pharmacy?

We sell only brand name fertility medications of the highest quality and never from companies with reputations for lax standardization. Generic fertility medications, as a general rule, may cost less, but they also have a reputation for being less reliable. In the end, we would rather you have success with your IVF drugs, even if the cost is slightly more than generic fertility mediations.

Can I provide my insurance card number to you so you can file the paperwork?

We do not handle that aspect of your treatment. If you have an insurance company that does cover some, or a partial amount, of your IVF drugs charges, you would need to submit the receipt directly to them. Most U.S. health care plans do not currently cover IVF treatment, though in some instances may cover various fertility medications. Check with your provider to be certain.

Can I order more than one fertility medication at a time?

Absolutely, as long as your prescription lists the additional fertility drugs. For example, Menopur is often ordered with one or more of the following: Cetrotide, Endometrin, Crinone, Ganirelix or Bravelle. It saves money to ship them all at the same time in the same package, if possible.

My sister in the UK takes something called Puregon, but I was prescribed Follistim. Why don’t you carry Puregon?

Puregon is actually the name for Follistim used outside of the U.S. So, if your physician prescribed Follistim, you are receiving basically the same type of lutenising hormone as your sister. The US version, Follistim, comes with its own pen so no additional purchase is necessary. Your sister most likely had to purchase her pen separately.

Yes. The medications we ship to you are the same medications that are prescribed by your fertility specialist.

If I don’t use all of my Follistim 100 can I return it for a refund?

No, it is against the law for us to take back fertility drugs, or any kind of online medications, after they leave our supervision.

Are these infertility medications the same as the meds I would get from my fertility clinic?

Yes. The drugs that we offer are never generic, and are only from the leading name brand manufacturers of infertility drugs.

Do my IVF meds have special shipping requirements that I should be aware of?
